Incident Response
Incident Response Services are a set of offerings that allow organizations to outsource responding to security incidents and aid in recovery activities. BTB Security works with companies to establish and maintain appropriate incident response policies and procedures and provides expert response capabilities to minimize damage, identify and recover compromised data, preserve evidence, and provide root cause analysis.
BTB Security will work with your organization to define incident response policies and procedures, provide recommendations to improve response capabilities, and create a framework to support activities at the time of an incident.
Incident Response Services are provided as a retainer service, allowing clients to use our expertise at any time with guaranteed availability. Additionally, unused portions of the retainer fees may be used for other BTB services.
