Sales Operation Specialist
BTB Security’s Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team and driving sales growth while exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include managing the flow of the sales process and optimizing day to day activities, while constantly analyzing the relationship between sales operations and client needs.
BTB Security is looking for an energetic Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, time management, relationship building and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience multi-tasking, analyzing operations, organizing against varying requirements, and communicating to various internal and external contacts. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with account executives, pre-sales advisors, customer relationship executives, professional services and implementation teams to enable efficient and positive client interactions
- Facilitate the completion and accuracy of information for new client onboarding
- Must be comfortable using and working with technology, and preferably have working knowledge of the information technology or cybersecurity industry
- Use of Hubspot CRM to organize details and activities
- Provide accurate price quotes and assist with proposals and RFPs
- Audit signed service orders for accuracy and compliance
- Produce reports from CRM in support of company sales initiatives
- Respond quickly and professionally to client requests
- Stay up-to-date with new services and campaigns
Requirements, skills, and experience:
- Demonstrated expertise with Hubspot CRM
- Experience analyzing, organizing, and communicating in a client focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple task
- Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
- Must be resourceful and thorough
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines
- Experience in a role responsible for providing support to a sales organization
- Microsoft O365 experience necessary
- Understanding and creation of sales performance metrics
- Paralegal experience or experience with B2B contract negotiations a plus
