BTB Security has a need for a Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing organization. The Recruiter must have experience with identifying and hiring talented candidates to fulfill BTB Security's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop procedures and workflows to identify potential candidates without leveraging third-party recruiters
- Review candidate resumes to determine match to position
- Screen and interview candidates to determine qualifications for the position
- On-board new hires and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Manage full hire life cycle for all job submissions (receipt through to hire/disposition of candidate)
- Manage both candidate and internal expectation throughout the interview process
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the position
- Networking within the industry and attending industry events
Required Skills
- 3+ years' recruiting experience
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ambitious and resilient individual with a great sense of personal drive
- Desire to work in a highly competitive, goal-oriented, and fast-paced environment
