Information Security

BTB Security has a need for a Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing organization. The Recruiter must have experience with identifying and hiring talented candidates to fulfill BTB Security's hiring needs. 


  • Develop procedures and workflows to identify potential candidates without leveraging third-party recruiters
  • Review candidate resumes to determine match to position
  • Screen and interview candidates to determine qualifications for the position
  • On-board new hires and walk them through the hiring and training process
  • Manage full hire life cycle for all job submissions (receipt through to hire/disposition of candidate)
  • Manage both candidate and internal expectation throughout the interview process
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the position
  • Networking within the industry and attending industry events 

Required Skills

  • 3+ years' recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ambitious and resilient individual with a great sense of personal drive
  • Desire to work in a highly competitive, goal-oriented, and fast-paced environment
